Refectocil Tint Deep Blue - #2.1 (15ml)

Deep Blue is an intensive dark blue tone, recommended especially for lashes, that matches blonde or light blonde looks in a dazzling way!

The tint is smudge and waterproof and lasts up to 6 weeks. The tint highlights and lengthens short lashes, adds gloss and shine to dull hairs and freshens already greying lashes and brows. Tinted eyebrows appear nicely defined and bolder color. Mix with Refectocil Liquid or Cream Developer.
